On October 17, 2023 my friend Dmitri Yeryomin passed away at age 53 after suffering a massive stroke two days prior.

One of the warmest people I've ever known, he was in failing health for a long time but kept working as a musician, no matter what.

I knew him for over 20 years. He was the early member of my first band Lacklustre Mirror for some time, and we also worked a bit on Decembered project in mid-2000s.

Other than that he used to be a member of multiple musical bands in Moscow underground. For the last several years he was a primus motor of Lux Aevola duo. The final album they have recorded has been released posthumously.

These tracks by black-sided sun are dedicated to his fond memory.

May thine path be illumed by Lux Perpetua, my friend. I owe you a lot.
